Symptoms before menstruation

Symptoms before menstruation

Some female friends will experience many symptoms before their period. The most common one is that they will feel that their mood swings become particularly large. Their emotions will become unstable and fluctuate greatly every day. They will inexplicably become angry, and sometimes they will feel swelling and pain around the breasts, which is also a very common symptom of menstruation. Not only that, they will also find themselves having pelvic pain problems.

1. Pain duration

Generally speaking, before a woman is about to have her period, that is, after ovulation, if she is not pregnant. Most female friends will experience some swelling and pain in their breasts within ten days before their period. After menstruation comes, the swelling and pain in women's breasts will soon disappear.

2. Pelvic pain

Secondly, in the few days before menstruation, most women will also experience symptoms of lumbar pain and pelvic distension. However, female friends do not need to worry too much. Once the menstrual period is completely over, the pain in the female lumbar sacral area will disappear. The cause of this symptom has a lot to do with prostate factors.

3. Mood changes

In addition, when menstruation is about to come, women will experience significant changes in their emotions. They often show symptoms of anxiety, and their emotions will fluctuate with some external factors. Even some very small things can make women cry or quarrel.

Come on, the difference between menstruation and pregnancy

Symptoms of early pregnancy generally include nipple tingling, lower abdominal pain, drowsiness, low immunity, susceptibility to colds, etc. Before menstruation comes, the amount of leucorrhea will increase, and some people may also experience lower abdominal pain, breast pain, etc. Therefore, this is not easy to distinguish. If you suspect that you are pregnant, you can use a test strip to detect it one week after having sex. Therefore, it is recommended that you buy an early pregnancy test strip to test it clearly.

Bleeding in early pregnancy is also called early pregnancy spotting, which refers to the appearance of a small amount of bloody secretions in the vagina within 12 weeks of pregnancy, similar to the amount of bleeding in the early or late menstruation. The bleeding may be pink, red, or brown in color. About 1/4 of pregnant women will experience varying degrees of spotting in the early stages of pregnancy, and about half of those who experience spotting will eventually suffer a miscarriage.
