1. An increase in the amount of vaginal discharge does not necessarily mean ovulation. Normal leucorrhea is milky white, not much in amount, relatively sticky and has no odor. If it is during the ovulation period, the amount of leucorrhea may increase, and it may be transparent, stringy and have no odor. If the amount of leucorrhea increases, becomes yellow, or has an odor in addition to this time, you may have vaginitis and you should go to the hospital to have your leucorrhea tested in time. If the amount of leucorrhea increases and becomes like bean curd residue, it may be fungal vaginitis. If it is purulent and accompanied by vulvar itching, bacterial vaginitis and Trichomonas vaginitis, such leucorrhea may occur. Therefore, if the amount of vaginal discharge increases, you should go to the hospital for examination in time. Sometimes cervical polyps can cause an increase in the amount of vaginal discharge.

2. If you are pregnant, there will be a significant increase in leucorrhea. This is because after pregnancy, the estrogen in the body gradually increases with the advancement of pregnancy months. Estrogen can promote the secretion of mucus by the cervix and endometrial glands. The blood flow in the genitals, vagina, and cervix of pregnant women is vigorous, and the tissue water increases, so the secretions also increase, and the amount of leucorrhea also increases accordingly.

3. There is no conflict between the secretion of leucorrhea in women and the ovulation period. The so-called leucorrhea refers to the non-bloody secretions in the vagina. These secretions also have certain effects. They can moderately prevent the dryness of the female vagina. If the amount is small, colorless, odorless, non-irritating and clear, it is normal. Therefore, if there is leucorrhea during the ovulation period, it is also normal. If there is anything abnormal about the leucorrhea, you should go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time to ensure the normal ovulation period.
