Pre-pregnancy cervical examination

Pre-pregnancy cervical examination

Women need to make a lot of preparations before pregnancy. Only by being well prepared can they avoid any risks during the delivery stage and make the delivery of the fetus smoother. Among them, cervical examination is a particularly important examination item. In addition, it also includes liver function test and reproductive system examination, etc. These examination items can rule out possible problems in your body.

In addition to general physical examinations, pre-pregnancy check-ups usually include the following:

1. Reproductive system

Examination contents: Routine screening of leucorrhea for Trichomonas, fungus, mycoplasma and chlamydia infection, vaginitis, as well as sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea and syphilis. Purpose of examination: Check whether you have any gynecological diseases. If you have a sexually transmitted disease, it is best to treat it thoroughly before getting pregnant, otherwise it may cause risks such as miscarriage and premature birth.

2. Complete set of deformity removal

Examination contents: including rubella, toxoplasmosis and cytomegalovirus. Purpose of examination: 60% to 70% of women will be infected with rubella virus. Once infected, especially in the first three months of pregnancy, it can cause miscarriage and fetal malformation. [Pre-pregnancy check-up fee]

Examination contents: There are currently two types of liver function tests: major and minor functions. In addition to the full set of hepatitis B tests, the major liver function test also includes blood sugar, bile acid and other items, which is a more cost-effective item. Purpose of examination: If the mother is a hepatitis patient, pregnancy may result in premature birth of the fetus, and the hepatitis virus may also be directly transmitted to the child.

4. Urinalysis

Examination contents: Urine turbidity, color, urine specific gravity, urine pH, urine sugar, urine ketones, urine protein, urobilinogen, urine bilirubin and urine nitrite, etc. will be checked.

5. Oral examination

Examination content: If there are no other problems with the teeth, only teeth cleaning is required. If the teeth are severely damaged, they must be extracted.

6. Gynecological endocrinology
