Height and weight ratio of girls

Women's weight standard correspondence table KG, cm (reference)

The following report is only for the body types of people in Asia and is for reference only. About 10% are all normal.

How to calculate the ratio of height to weight for girls

Weight standard method:

Weight standard (KG) = age x 2 8 (7-16 years old)

Mild obesity: 20%-30% above the standard weight

Mild to moderate obesity: 40%-50% above the standard weight

Severe obesity: Exceeding the standard weight by more than 50%

BMI method:

Body mass index = weight (kg) x height (m) in square meters kg/m^2

Formula: BMI = weight / (height) ^ 2

Normal weight: BMI = 18.5-25 (my country's physical fitness standards: normal range 18.5~23.9, overweight 24.0~27.9, obesity ≥28.0)

Overload: BMI = 25-30

Mild obesity: BMI>30

Mild to moderate obesity: BMI > 35

Severe obesity: BMI>40

Simple calculation method:

Weight standard (kg) = height (cm) - 105

For example, for a guy who is 170cm tall, his standard weight should be: 170 (cm) - 105 = 65 (KG).

Those who exceed the weight standard by 10% will be given priority.

Those who exceed 20% are considered obese;

Those who are 10% below the standard weight are considered thin.

Those less than 20% are considered thin.

Note: The calculation method described is only applicable to adults. It is not suitable for children, the elderly, or people who are too short.

Girls' height and weight ratio

The BMI index (Body Mass Index, commonly known as BMI) is the data obtained by dividing the weight in kg by the height in meters per square meter. It is a common international standard for measuring the body's fatness and health. When we need to compare and analyze the health effects of a person's weight on people of different heights, BMI is a neutral and reliable indicator.
