What to eat when my aunt comes

What to eat when my aunt comes

Women should not eat anything randomly after their period. Since the uterus is very afraid of cold, many cold foods should be eaten after the period. During the period of menstruation, they should supplement more nutrition and pay attention to keeping the uterus warm, which can relieve dysmenorrhea. Drinking more brown sugar water during your period can promote blood circulation and is very beneficial to the uterus. So what should I eat when my period comes?

During menstruation, you must pay attention to strengthening your diet and nutrition. It is advisable to eat more foods rich in protein, vitamins, iron and foods that are easy to digest and absorb, such as rice, flour, fish, eggs, meat, red dates, carrots, fresh vegetables, etc.

1. Before menstruation:

Supplement the nutrients required for physiological needs through diet: B vitamins, as well as vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin E.

(1) Foods rich in B vitamins: wheat germ, pork, soybeans, peanuts, ham, black rice, animal liver, seaweed, kelp, milk, cereals, bananas, walnuts, etc.

You can appropriately supplement some warming foods or foods that ease menstruation and relieve pain.
