It is definitely abnormal to have lumps in the breasts. In addition, bad living habits can also cause lumps in the breasts. For example, if women often wear bras when sleeping, they will not only feel chest tightness, but over time, it will also have an adverse effect on the breasts and even cause symptoms of lumps and pain. Therefore, women must release themselves when sleeping.

It is abnormal to have lumps in the breast. Under normal circumstances, there will be no lumps. If you can feel a lump in the breast, it is generally considered to be caused by breast fibroids or breast hyperplasia. In addition, breast cancer may also occur. These can also cause lumps, so a color ultrasound examination is needed to make a clear diagnosis.

If the color ultrasound examination shows that the mass has a regular shape, uniform internal texture and no abnormalities, and the blood flow boundary is clear, it is generally considered to be a benign nodule, that is, the most likely possibility is breast fibroids, and there is no big problem. It has little impact on your health and you can continue to observe.

If the examination shows that the tumor is irregular in shape, has abundant blood flow inside, and has uneven texture and unclear boundaries, then it may be malignant and a puncture biopsy is required to determine the nature of the tumor through pathological examination. If the examination confirms that it is breast cancer, the tumor needs to be surgically removed and radiotherapy and chemotherapy are performed.
