Girlhood

Breast changes: Starting from the age of 9-10, the breasts begin to develop milk nuclei due to the stimulation of hormones secreted by the ovaries, and then slowly grow larger. Then the mammary glands increase, fat accumulates, and the entire breast develops fully. Two or three years after a girl's breasts begin to develop, her menstruation begins and pubic hair appears after half a year. From then on, the girl enters a period of rapid growth and development, and her pubic hair is basically formed by the age of 15. During adolescence, breasts are firm and elastic. However, at the beginning, breasts are more resilient because they contain fewer fat cells. Some people may have different breast sizes, but this difference will naturally disappear as the body develops.

Care principle: seize the opportunity and assist development

Although breast size has a lot to do with genetics, laying a good foundation at this time can also lead to extraordinary performance. We can make efforts in two aspects. First, do more chest exercises, such as push-ups, swimming and various ball games, and keep the chest up and the abdomen in at all times; second, pay attention to balanced nutrition, not be picky about food, especially supplement enough fat and water, and be sure to wear a suitable bra.
