Pregnant women eat chocolate and have strong fetal movement

Sweets are indispensable in our lives, especially for many girls who love to eat chocolate very much. They even eat some from time to time when they are pregnant. But when pregnant women eat chocolate, the fetus moves violently. What’s going on? In fact, chocolate is rich in caffeine and is somewhat stimulating. If you experience severe fetal movement after eating chocolate, you should not eat it.

People with diabetes should eat less or no chocolate (but they can eat sugar-free chocolate).

People with heart pain should avoid eating chocolate, especially if they feel burning sensation in the heart after eating chocolate. This is because chocolate contains a substance that stimulates stomach acid.

Mothers need to breastfeed their newborns after giving birth. If they consume too much chocolate, it will have an adverse effect on the baby's development. The cocoa alkali contained in chocolate will seep into breast milk, be absorbed by the baby, and accumulate in the baby's body. Theobromine can damage the nervous system and heart, relax muscles, increase urination, and cause indigestion, unstable sleep, and constant crying in infants.

In fact, chocolate poisoning is not as rare as it sounds. For humans, 150 mg of caffeine per kilogram of body weight is toxic. The same goes for dogs! Humans are usually much heavier than dogs, but small children can get into trouble if they consume too much caffeine or chocolate. Infants are particularly vulnerable because they cannot clear caffeine from their bloodstream as quickly as adults.

Chocolate is a high-calorie food, but its protein content is low and fat content is high, and the proportion of nutrients does not meet the needs of children's growth and development.

Eating too much chocolate before meals will make you feel full, thus affecting your appetite, but you will feel hungry again soon after the meal. This disrupts your normal life routine and eating habits, affecting children's physical health.

Chocolate contains a lot of fat and does not contain cellulose which can stimulate normal gastrointestinal motility, thus affecting the digestion and absorption function of the gastrointestinal tract.

Pregnant women should not eat chocolate, as it is harmful to them.
