2. Add water to a pot and bring to a boil, then turn to medium heat. Add the tofu and blanch for about 3 minutes, then remove and cut into pieces.

3. Heat the wok, add oil and turn to low heat. Add the crucian carp and fry until both sides are golden brown.

2. How to eat fish for pregnant women: White radish fish head soup

Ingredients: half a large fish head, 1 white radish, 1 handful of mung bean vermicelli, white pepper powder, coriander, cooking wine, pork fat (optional).

Method: 1. Choose the head of a bighead fish (also known as silver carp head, which is relatively large and one fish head is as big as a pot).

2. Heat the pan, add lard or ordinary cooking oil, when the oil is hot, turn on high heat and fry the fish head in the pan.

3. Pour cooking wine on the fish head and the fishy smell will evaporate with the wine.

4. Pour in the ginger slices and then pour in water (the amount of water depends on personal preference, I usually fill it up with water).

5. Add pepper and chopped white radish.

6. Wait for the water to boil for 5-6 minutes, then cover the pot to dissipate some of the fishy smell.

7. After about 20 minutes, the white radish becomes transparent. Pour in the vermicelli and cook for 2 minutes before turning off the heat.

3. How to eat fish for pregnant women: Tomato fish

Ingredients: one black fish (ask the stall owner to slice it into fillets after removing the bones), two large tomatoes, a little coriander, half a bottle of tomato sauce, ginger, green onion, cooking wine, sugar, salt, and chicken essence.

Preparation: 1. Ask the stall owner to help you debone the black fish and slice it into fillets. Wash the fillets and marinate them with cooking wine and a little salt for later use.

2. Peel the tomatoes and cut into pieces.

3. Wash the fish bones and drain them.

4. Heat up a pan with oil, add ginger slices and sauté until fragrant, then add fish bones and stir-fry until they completely change color, then serve.

5. Use the remaining oil to stir-fry the tomatoes until they become sandy.

6. Add a large bowl of water, put in the fried fish bones, add a little cooking wine, green onions and sugar, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat, cover with lid and cook for about 20 minutes.

7. Open the lid and add half a bottle of tomato sauce and continue cooking over low heat.

8. Take another pot, add a little more oil than you usually use for cooking, heat it up, use chopsticks to spread the fish fillets until they turn white, then turn off the heat immediately.

9. Turn off the heat while cooking the tomatoes and fish bones, add a little salt and chicken essence to season, pick out the fish bones and discard them, put the tomatoes and soup into a container, put the cooked fish fillets on top, sprinkle with coriander and serve. You can start eating.
