Why does the fresh red blood come out again after the lochia is cleared?

If red blood appears again after the lochia has cleared after delivery, it may be a symptom of the first menstruation, but it may also be a phenomenon of retained lochia. There are many reasons for the occurrence of bloody lochia. It may be caused by the complete recovery of the uterus. You need to go to a regular hospital for gynecological examination and treatment. The possibility of it being caused by retained lochia is relatively high.
