How can a girl's breasts become bigger

Girls' breasts usually start to develop slowly when they enter puberty, and they will grow bigger and bigger in the late puberty. Therefore, during the period of breast development, mothers must help their children choose the right underwear for them. This will make the breasts develop more perfectly, without the situation of breast expansion, and will not cause breast development retardation due to the restraint of underwear. So how can girls' breasts become bigger?

1. Massage and breast enhancement

Step 1: Put the four fingers of both hands together and separate the thumbs. Place four fingers on the nipple and massage in radial directions for more than one hour. It should be noted that when massaging breasts, the movements must be gentle and never use too much force to avoid damaging the skin.

Step 2: Place your left palm under your right clavicle, then slowly push and massage downward to the base of the breast. After staying at the base of the breast for a while, continue pushing and massage along the original route to under the clavicle. After repeating this breast enhancement action 3 times, place your right palm under the left shoulder clavicle and repeat the above breast enhancement action.

Step 3: Place your right palm on the cleavage on the inside of your left chest, then massage the left breast from right to left until the left armpit. Then massage back from the armpit to the cleavage. Repeat 3 times. After completion, place your left hand on the inner cleavage of your right breast and repeat the above breast enhancement movements.

2. Massage

The first step of massage: Spread your ten fingers and place your hands on the bottom of each breast. Starting from the bottom, slowly push towards the nipple. Alternatively, cover one nipple with the palms of both hands, press five fingers on the bottom of the breast, and pull radially towards the nipple. Repeat more than 30 times.

The second step of massage: Cover your breasts with both hands, and draw circles in a clockwise direction at the bottom of the breasts with the nipples as the center. Use a little force when painting and repeat more than 30 times. After finishing, draw circles in a counterclockwise direction and repeat more than 30 times.

The third step of massage: Use the index finger, middle finger and ring finger to draw circles starting from the top of the breast and moving toward the bottom of the breast. Do not stop when you return to the top of the breast. Push up to the clavicle and repeat 30 times.
