Why do pregnant women experience stomach bloating?

This is because the progesterone content in the pregnant woman's body increases. By slowing down the emptying of the stomach, the food accumulated in the stomach will continue to exert pressure on the stomach wall. How to relieve stomach bloating during pregnancy?

1. Pay attention to diet and choose light and delicious foods, especially fresh vegetables and fruits, such as radishes, onions, etc. Do not eat greasy or hard, indigestible fried foods. Tobacco, alcohol and strong spicy condiments should also be prohibited.
