Girls have acne on the nose

If girls feel that pimples are growing on both sides of their noses, they need to be careful not to use oil-absorbing paper. Although oil-absorbing paper can remove the oil on your skin, it will also remove some moisture. This will cause your skin to become more and more serious. You also need to moisturize your skin in time. Only in this way can you prevent your acne from getting worse.

1. Use oil-absorbing paper as little as possible

No matter how good the oil-absorbing paper or tissue is, it will more or less take away the moisture from the skin. If you wipe too hard, it may damage the natural barrier and cause the sebum stored in the hair follicles to quickly excrete to the skin surface. A large amount of sebum will not have time to be evenly distributed, resulting in the phenomenon of "the more you rub, the oilier the skin becomes." If you prefer to use blotting papers, try to limit yourself to two sheets a day, using gentle pressure rather than rubbing, but don't use paper towels. You can also try soaking a cotton pad in an alcohol-free moisturizing and soothing lotion and gently pressing the oily areas to absorb the oil and replenish moisture.

2. Dry and oily skin is a sign of dehydration. You need to replenish water immediately.

There are many factors that cause sebum secretion, such as damage to the sebum membrane, increased temperature (external or body temperature), endocrine changes, etc. There is no necessary relationship between dehydration and oily skin. However, oily skin is often in a state of water-oil imbalance, and its ability to absorb and store water is often poor, so it also needs care such as hydration.

Even in the dry autumn, girls with oily acne-prone skin are still troubled. The dry weather makes the skin dry and oily. The most terrible thing is that the skin becomes more sensitive and acne becomes more frequent. If you want to avoid acne and have hydrated and healthy skin in autumn, you need the right skin care methods.

3. Exfoliate and deep clean your sensitive facial skin in moderation

Damaged natural barrier and low skin immunity are major causes of acne, which are often caused by excessive cleaning. Physical scrubs are effective in removing dead skin cells on the surface, but they cannot clean the pores and may even scratch the skin. If you have acne, it means your skin is damaged and you should not scrub it. For people who are prone to acne, avoid rubbing the skin with so-called "mild" sugar, as it is likely to cause bacterial growth. Cleansers containing salicylic acid are a better choice.
