Can I get pregnant if the sperm can't be ejaculated and leaks out?

When a couple has sex, the man's sperm cannot be ejaculated into the vagina and flows out. Many female friends may think that they will not get pregnant. However, this has no effect on whether or not pregnancy can occur. In normal sexual intercourse, semen will flow out of the vagina, and only part of the semen will enter the fallopian tube and combine with the egg. Therefore, if you want to increase the chance of conception, you can raise the woman's buttocks.

Can I get pregnant if semen leaks out during intercourse?

1. It is a common phenomenon that semen flows out of the vagina after sexual intercourse. In fact, although each ejaculation can discharge about 2-6 ml of semen, which contains hundreds of millions of sperms, only a very small number of sperms can finally pass through the cervix and uterine cavity to reach the fallopian tubes to wait for fertilization, generally only 15-50, and no more than 200.

2. During sexual intercourse, only the sperm that arrives first and has good quality will be selected by the egg and combine with it to complete the mission of continuing life. Most of the remaining sperm are rejected from the uterus and discharged from the vagina along with the semen.

3. If you want to get pregnant to prevent semen outflow and increase the chance of conception, you can raise the woman's buttocks during intercourse and lie on your back for half an hour after intercourse to ensure that the semen submerges the cervix and reduce its outflow. As for the excess semen being discharged from the vagina after sexual intercourse, it is a natural phenomenon and generally has no effect on conception.

4. When you had sex, although you took contraceptive measures, the condom fell off and ejaculated into the vagina, so there is a possibility of pregnancy. It is recommended that you pay attention to rest, strengthen nutrition, and keep the perineum clean and hygienic. If you do not have your next menstruation, you need to use an early pregnancy test.

Causes of semen leakage

1. After a man ejaculates, the semen is stored in the posterior fornix of the female vagina. The cervix and the mucus it secretes act like a barrier. Only healthy and vigorous sperm in the semen quickly move toward the cervix through the swing of their tails, and with the help of the contraction of the uterus and the peristalsis of the fallopian tubes, they pass through the cervical mucus, through the uterine cavity, and finally reach the fertilization site, the ampulla of the fallopian tube. However, deformed, low-activity, dead sperm and other components in the semen cannot pass through the cervix and enter the uterine cavity.

2. After normal sexual intercourse, sperm quickly leaves the semen pool in the posterior fornix and enters the cervical canal, while the seminal plasma remaining in the vagina either overflows from the vagina or is degraded by the enzyme system in the vagina after completing its mission. Therefore, it is normal for semen to leak out after sexual intercourse. Also discharged along with the seminal plasma are deformed, inactive sperm and fluid produced by the female reproductive tract during sexual excitement.

3. After ejaculation, the penis withdraws from the vagina, but the semen often does not flow out immediately. In many cases, it will take several minutes to flow out. Because when a woman is sexually excited, her vagina stretches and the cavity of the posterior fornix enlarges to accommodate semen (hence the posterior fornix is also called the "semen pool"). After sexual intercourse, the woman's sexual excitement decreases or even disappears, and the cavity of her posterior fornix also returns to its original size and becomes smaller, so the semen is "squeezed" out.

4. After ejaculation, due to gravity, the semen will quickly flow out of the vagina. During this process, some sperm have been freed from the seminal plasma and dispersed in the vagina and cervical canal to continue its journey. This is a normal phenomenon.

In fact, whether or not you will get pregnant if semen leaks out during sex depends on many factors, so the specific situation needs to be analyzed specifically.
