Frequency of sexual intercourse during ovulation period

The ovulation period must be familiar to couples who are preparing to have a child. During ovulation, couples must pay attention to the frequency of sexual intercourse in preparation for pregnancy. You cannot have sex every day during the ovulation period, as this will cause certain harm to both men and women. The best time to have sex is between 5pm and 7pm.

When preparing for pregnancy, you should have sex once every 2 days during the ovulation period.

Because the egg can generally only survive 12 to 24 hours after being released, the sperm is in the female reproductive tract. Usually they can only live for 1 to 3 days, so generally speaking, it is easiest to get pregnant from 3 days before ovulation to 1 day after ovulation.

But if the sperm starts running early.

That is to say, one week before ovulation, you should have sex once every two days. This way, the sperm can reach the fallopian tube early or on time and combine with the egg to form a fertilized egg while ensuring the quality of the sperm. Therefore, the best time to have sex during the ovulation period is to have sex every other day after the ovulation period begins to ensure the quality of sperm and maximize the chance of pregnancy.

It is definitely not a good idea for a couple to have sex every day in order to get pregnant, as people will lose sperm and blood during sex.

A person's essence and blood are limited and need to be maintained. Therefore, sexual intercourse between husband and wife needs to be moderate, and the husband also needs to conserve his energy. Of course, you can't be too restrained. It is not advisable to focus too much on "conserving your energy". On the other hand, having sex too infrequently is not conducive to conception. It will also cause sperm to stay in the testicles for too long, which can easily cause sperm aging.

Ovulation day is the day when the egg is released. Under normal menstruation conditions, a woman's ovulation period is counted from the first day of the next menstruation, and the ovulation day is 14-16 days counted down. The 5 days before and 4 days after the ovulation day are added together to form the ovulation period.

Fertilization is more likely during ovulation. The most fertile time is from the day before ovulation to the day of ovulation. It mainly discharges secondary oocytes, i.e. egg cells. After this secondary oocyte enters the fallopian tube, it undergoes the second meiotic division in the fallopian tube.
