Many people do not understand what the probability of extra ovulation is. In fact, it mainly refers to the fact that women are controlled by their endocrine and nerves, which promote their ovulation. For example, if a woman is overly excited, or her living environment changes, her physical health changes, etc., then the woman's ovarian ovulation will be affected to varying degrees, which will lead to ovulation when it is not the ovulation period. Chance of extra ovulation Many patients themselves are unaware of the dangers of anovulation, and do not go to the hospital for proper treatment in time when they have anovulation, which leads to problems such as infertility, making treatment more difficult. Therefore, diseases such as anovulation should be treated early. Reasons for not ovulating: (1) Turner syndrome and simple gonadal dysgenesis are chromosomal abnormalities that both present with primary amenorrhea as the main clinical manifestation, with elevated gonadotropin and decreased estrogen. Pregnancy can be achieved through in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer using eggs donated by others. (2) Premature ovarian failure and ovarian antagonism syndrome: Hypergonadotropic amenorrhea caused by ovarian failure that occurs before the age of 40 is called premature ovarian failure, which accounts for about 20% to 28% of primary amenorrhea and 4% to 20% of secondary amenorrhea. (3) Polycystic ovary syndrome: often manifested as amenorrhea or infrequent menstruation, long-term anovulation, excessive androgen, and no cyclical fluctuation of estrogen. It is currently a major cause of anovulatory infertility. (4) Unruptured luteinized syndrome: In a normal menstrual cycle or a drug-induced ovulation cycle, an ovarian follicle develops into a dominant follicle, but the follicle does not disappear or continues to grow 48 hours after the LH peak during ovulation, and persists for several days. The granulosa cells have become luteinized, but the follicle has not ruptured. Suggestions: It is recommended that you go to a specialist hospital for a detailed examination, a clear diagnosis, and symptomatic treatment, and do not miss the best time for treatment. What is super ovulation? Some couples who use the rhythm method of contraception still get pregnant unexpectedly even if they strictly follow the requirements and regulations and avoid sexual intercourse for about 10 days before and after ovulation. Why is this? It turns out that female ovulation is controlled by the nerves and endocrine system. When the mind is over-excited, nervous, the living environment changes, or the physical health status changes, the ovarian ovulation will be affected, resulting in non-ovulation ovulation, which is super ovulation. Women who are newly married or reunited with their husbands after a long separation are most likely to experience supernumerary ovulation, so they should pay attention to contraception. |
