What causes vaginal gas after childbirth?

In addition, for women who have given birth multiple times (natural births), the tightness of the pelvic tissue and vaginal muscles are often affected by the delivery process. For example, when two people are making love, the women's private parts keep making "puffing" sounds, and the women also feel a stream of air flowing out of them, making both parties very embarrassed.

2. Poor physical foundation

Women's bodies are relatively weak. As a result, the spleen and stomach will become weak, resulting in serious loss of qi and blood. 3. Liver damage

The liver is very important. It is not only responsible for detoxification, but also, according to traditional Chinese medicine, it is responsible for ascending qi. If a woman's liver is attacked by cold air, or if she is often depressed and her liver qi is stagnant, the liver's ascending function will be blocked. In this case, if the function of ascending qi cannot be exerted, the qi in the body will go downwards. If it goes through the vagina, it will induce vaginal flatulence.

4. Too much cold in the body

In such a hot summer, women always eat cold fruits, drink cold drinks, and swallow cold snacks in big mouthfuls. These behaviors make it easy for women's bodies to accumulate cold air. If the cold air that is taken into the body cannot be discharged in time, it will easily prevent the clear yang in the female body from rising smoothly. In a helpless situation, the air in the body can only go downwards. Once the air escapes from the vagina, it becomes vaginal flatulence.

Tips for women to get rid of vaginal flatulence

1. Find ways to exercise your vagina

Vaginal flatulence occurs because the vaginal muscles become loose. Regardless of the cause, if women want to improve vaginal flatulence, they need to make their vaginas tighter, which can be improved through exercise:

It is recommended that women lie flat on a mat or bed when they have nothing to do, lift their buttocks and the part below, and then put their legs together and lift them up into a suspended state. Then slowly move your legs toward the upper part of your body, bringing your thighs closer to your abdomen. Maintain this position for a while, then slowly return to your original lying position. If you want to achieve good results, it is recommended that women do this exercise at least twenty times each time and persist.

B. In addition, it is recommended that women lie on their backs, relax their bodies, and then cross their hands over their lower abdomen. Then take a deep breath into your abdomen.
