How to know if the egg is released

When couples are preparing for pregnancy, knowing the woman's ovulation time can increase the chances of pregnancy. Because having sex during a woman's ovulation period greatly increases her chances of getting pregnant. However, eggs cannot be observed with the naked eye like sperm. If you want to know for sure whether the eggs in a woman's body have been discharged, you must go to the hospital for a test to find out.

How to determine whether the egg has been released

1. If you want to accurately determine the time of ovulation, you can go to the hospital for an ultrasound when your menstruation is over, so that you can accurately determine the time of ovulation. Go to the hospital for an ultrasound to see if there are follicles, when they mature, and whether they can be discharged, so as to accurately grasp the time of ovulation and choose to have sex on the ovulation day to increase the chance of conception.

2. Measure basal body temperature. A woman's body temperature will change significantly during a menstrual cycle. If you record your basal body temperature in detail, you will find that there is an obvious lowest point, and this lowest point is the day of ovulation. For women who want to have a baby, using this method can only be an afterthought.

3. Observe the cervical mucus. Mainly observe the cervical mucus. On the day of ovulation, this mucus will become very transparent. If you pull it gently, you will find that it can be stretched very long and is not easy to break, but this method is not easy to judge.

4. Ovulation test paper. On the eve of the birth of the egg, the luteinizing hormone in the body reaches its highest level. If you find during the test that the second line is darker than the first, or the color becomes more obvious, you know that the egg is coming. Compared with the other two methods, this method has relatively accurate results, but this problem may arise: Will it be darker tomorrow? It is recommended that you test it several times a day. If the color begins to fade, it means that the egg has been born.

What are the side effects of ovulation-stimulating drugs?

1. Affect the reproductive system. As we all know, women's ovaries are not so-called "egg factories" that can produce eggs indefinitely. It can be said that the number of eggs a woman lays in her lifetime is fixed. Once they are excreted, they are gone until the ovaries age. It is definitely not a continuous supply. Therefore, if you ovulate excessively, it will directly damage your ovaries and cause them to age prematurely. The reason why women enter menopause is because of ovarian aging, so you should understand the seriousness of this problem. In addition to damaging the ovaries, it can also cause reproductive system problems such as irregular menstruation, infertility, and sexual disharmony, and even cause cancer.

2. Change body shape. Excessive use of drugs can also cause obesity, thick waist, small belly and so on.

3. Complications. Due to the effects of the drugs, the body cannot withstand the production of so many eggs in a short period of time, which will cause symptoms such as frequent urination, cervical spondylosis, hair loss, electrolyte imbalance, rough skin, and abnormal renal function.

4. Others. Some healthy women want to use this method to conceive twins, but this idea is not wise. Because the risks of having multiple babies are very high, not only will it cause difficult labor and premature birth for pregnant women, it may even cause miscarriage and damage their own kidney function. They may also be forced to amputate due to overstimulation of the ovaries. Therefore, you should not take medication blindly.
