1. The pregnant woman lies on her back with her eyes slightly closed and her whole body relaxed. Take a deep breath after each slide. Massage 32 times. Then use your thumb to gently lift and massage the end of the eye from the inside to the outside, repeat 64 times.

It is very dangerous if a pregnant woman suddenly feels blurred vision, especially when going up and down stairs, accidents are very likely to happen. If it is caused by a disease, the symptoms can be improved through treatment. If it is caused by excessive use of the eyes, appropriate massage should be performed.
