What should you pay attention to when you have uterine contractions?

Pregnant women should pay attention to their physical health and emotional stability during pregnancy and avoid strenuous exercise. If they do not pay attention to these things, uterine contractions may occur, which is not good for the fetus. You should also pay attention to your diet. You cannot smoke, drink, or eat spicy food. In order to avoid uterine contractions, pregnant women should pay attention to the following aspects.

1. Lack of emotional control

During pregnancy, due to the large amount of adrenaline secretion and physical discomfort during pregnancy, pregnant mothers' emotions change faster. Being too irritable or excited can easily cause fetal harm in the early stages of pregnancy, and premature birth in the middle and late stages of pregnancy.

If family members find that the pregnant mother is in a bad mood, they should comfort and accompany her in time. If the pregnant mother has a good temper during pregnancy, the baby will be easier to take care of.

2. Exercising too vigorously

Exercise during pregnancy is also very important. Proper exercise is beneficial for constipation, bloating, and even upcoming delivery. However, if you do some strenuous exercises, such as sit-ups, weightlifting, kicking a ball, etc., it is very dangerous for pregnant women and fetuses. These exercises can easily stimulate the waist of pregnant women and induce uterine contractions.

Three: Lifting heavy objects

In the early stages of pregnancy, if a pregnant woman moves or lifts something too heavy, putting too much force on her waist and abdomen can easily cause uterine contractions and lead to miscarriage. In the second or third trimester, it is also possible that the fetus stops developing or is born prematurely.

Although the fetus is not that fragile, pregnant women are not completely unable to do housework, but they must do it within their ability. As for housework that requires bending over and using the strength of the waist and abdomen, it’s better to be lazy and not do it.

4. Not paying attention to diet

Diet during pregnancy is very important. If you eat well, the fetus will be born white and tender, and the pregnant woman will not be too weak after delivery. But there are still many pregnant mothers who do not follow certain dietary restrictions.

Food that is too irritating will have a certain stimulating effect on the uterus, and the reaction of the uterus will trigger uterine contractions.

Especially in this hot summer, you must avoid eating too cold foods such as ice cream and ice cola.
