Harm of eating black beans after ovulation

Harm of eating black beans after ovulation

I believe everyone knows that drugs can promote ovulation, but there is relatively little understanding of how food can promote ovulation. Black beans are a very common type of bean. Black beans are rich in protein, fat, carotene and carbohydrates. The niacin and vitamins in them have high nutritional value. There is no harm in eating black beans after ovulation because black beans are a food that promotes ovulation.

Black beans are a type of soybean, rich in protein, fat, carbohydrates, as well as nutrients such as carotene, vitamins B1, B2, niacin, and a small amount of soybean flavonoids genistein. Both substances have estrogen-like effects. Black bean leaves contain folic acid, folinic acid, riboflavin, vitamin A and carotenoids.

Black bean skin contains pectin, levulinic acid and various sugars. Black beans are sweet and neutral in nature, and enter the spleen and kidney meridians. Black beans have the effects of promoting blood circulation, promoting diuresis, dispelling wind and detoxifying. Therefore, eating black beans can help improve luteal function and promote ovulation.

Is black bean effective in promoting ovulation?

Black beans and other soy products have a certain effect on promoting ovulation, because soybeans contain a large amount of soy isoflavones, which are phytoestrogens without side effects. They are very effective in supplementing estrogen. They also contain plant protein, cellulose and other nutrients, and can be eaten for a long time. However, women should not eat black beans blindly, as black beans promote estrogen. The specific way to eat them is to eat them for six consecutive days starting from the first day after the menstruation ends, and the amount of consumption does not need to be too much. Black beans can be soaked for 12 hours before cooking, and a small amount of salt can be added.

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that black beans enter the kidney meridian and have the functions of nourishing the kidney, replenishing blood and improving eyesight. Regular consumption of black beans has a good preventive and therapeutic effect on kidney deficiency, physical weakness, low back pain, weak knees, body and face edema, rheumatism, joint discomfort, carbuncles and sores. Black beans are believed to be effective for irregular menstruation and have a stabilizing effect on the fetus. Pregnant women can benefit from eating them regularly.

Black beans are good for pregnancy:

1. Pregnancy Soup

Ingredients: 50g angelica root, 15g honeysuckle (also known as honeysuckle), 10 red dates, a handful of black beans, 2 taels of brown sugar, 3 to 5 eggs

Method: Wrap the angelica and honeysuckle with gauze and put them in the pot together with other ingredients like cooking medicine. In the end, the soup should be enough for one bowl. Then drink the soup and eat all the red dates, black beans and eggs. Remember to take it on the first day of menstruation, this is a must. (You don’t have to take it right after bleeding starts. You can take it about half a day after bleeding starts.)

Wash the eggs, boil them for a while, then crack the shells and continue boiling like tea eggs until the soup is enough for a bowl.

Some people say that adding honeysuckle is not appropriate, so you can just leave it out and keep everything else the same.

The effect will be better if taken during this time period: take it on the first day of menstruation, or about half a day after bleeding.

2. Black beans/black bean milk/black bean soup

① Black bean soup effects: promote follicle development and supplement estrogen

Soak overnight, then add water and simmer for about an hour, the beans will be softer, eat about 50 beans a day with a small bowl of soup, drink for 6-7 days (after the end of YJ)

Soak some black beans in clean water for about 12 hours, then cook them in clean water until cooked through, adding a little salt. Starting from the first day after the end of menstruation, take 47 pills a day for 6 consecutive days. (Note: This is for expectant mothers, not for expectant fathers).
