Why did the bleeding stop after ectopic pregnancy?

Why did the bleeding stop after ectopic pregnancy?

Ectopic pregnancy is also a type of pregnancy, but obviously in the case of ectopic pregnancy, the female fetus cannot be kept, and can only be aborted or induced labor, because ectopic pregnancy will cause serious damage to the female body itself, and during the operation, it may also cause heavy bleeding, so its harmfulness is very large, so why does the bleeding of ectopic pregnancy stop?

Ectopic pregnancy is also a pregnancy. The increase of HCG hormone in the body stimulates the decidualization and thickening of the endometrium. After treatment, the hormone level decreases, and without hormonal support, the endometrium will fall off and bleed. It is recommended that vaginal bleeding after treatment of ectopic pregnancy is normal, but it usually stops within a week and the bleeding is not much; if there is heavy bleeding or it is not clean for a long time, do a diagnostic curettage.

Ectopic pregnancy, also known as ectopic pregnancy, refers to the growth and development of the fertilized egg outside the uterine cavity (such as fallopian tube pregnancy, cervix, ovary and abdominal cavity).

A more vivid metaphor is that if the uterus is regarded as a farmland, the fertilized egg is the rice seed, a normal pregnancy is the seed growing in the farmland, and an ectopic pregnancy is when the seed does not fall into the farmland for various reasons, but grows on the ridge of the field or in the ditch. So, obviously, the seeds cannot grow into rice. An ectopic pregnancy will not ultimately allow you to conceive a baby.

This is how ectopic pregnancy happens: the egg and sperm meet and fertilize in the fallopian tube to form a fertilized egg, which then swims from the fallopian tube toward the uterus. At this time, if some parts of the fallopian tube are damaged or blocked, the fertilized egg cannot be pushed toward the uterus. The fertilized egg may implant in a certain part of the fallopian tube and continue to develop in that part, resulting in an ectopic pregnancy, which is often called a "fallopian tube" pregnancy.

So, how can we identify ectopic pregnancy through early pregnancy symptoms? Let’s take a look at the 5 signs that indicate an ectopic pregnancy.

Early symptoms of ectopic pregnancy: vaginal spotting or bleeding

When you're not sure if you're pregnant, you may initially think it's just a period, just with less blood flow. Bleeding can be bright red or dark brown like blood. Bleeding symptoms may occur continuously or intermittently. The amount is small, generally not exceeding the menstrual volume, and is not clean.

If it is an ectopic pregnancy, how long after pregnancy will bleeding occur? Generally, ectopic pregnancy occurs 6-8 weeks after menopause, with sudden onset of abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, and soon followed by fainting, cold sweats and other symptoms.

What to do if ectopic pregnancy bleeds? In fact, there are two types of ectopic pregnancy bleeding: one is vaginal bleeding that occurs after the death of the fertilized egg, a drop in hormone levels, and the shedding of the uterine decidua; the other is massive internal bleeding after miscarriage or rupture of the fallopian tube pregnancy.

Once a fallopian tube pregnancy occurs, the tube wall will rupture and the consequences will be disastrous. When external rupture and bleeding occur, there will be a tearing pain, and the blood will be bright red, not like menstrual blood. Therefore, whether it is bleeding due to ectopic pregnancy or irregular menstruation, everyone should pay more attention to distinguish.
