Ingredients: lean meat, fresh shrimp, Chinese cabbage, polished rice, refined salt, water, sesame oil

Method: 1. Wash and slice the lean meat, put it in a bowl, add sesame oil and a small amount of salt and marinate for a while.

2. Wash the shrimps, remove the heads and shells, and cut the shrimp meat into small pieces.

3. Wash the cabbage leaves and cut them into small pieces.

4. Wash the japonica rice, put it into a pot with boiling water, continue to boil, then add the lean meat.

5. After boiling again, take out the lean meat, chop it into minced meat and put it back into the pot to cook.
