What is breast fever?

When most women suffer from breast diseases, they will seek treatment quickly, because breast diseases can be serious or minor. If they are serious, they may lead to breast cancer. After a woman has breast cancer, she needs to have her breast removed. Breast fever is likely caused by breast inflammation. So what is breast fever?

Breast fever is the most common breast disease, accounting for more than 75% of all breast diseases. Its main symptoms are lumps and pain in the breast. Breast hyperplasia is divided into lobular hyperplasia and cystic hyperplasia of the breast according to different clinical symptoms.

The main manifestations of breast fever are breast pain before menstruation and the ability to feel a thickened breast lump. After your period, breast tenderness and breast lumps will subside on their own. The characteristics of lobular hyperplasia of the breast are breast pain and physiological changes in the proliferative tissue. The main manifestation of cystic breast hyperplasia is breast lumps. Some lumps are single and appear in the form of flakes, cords, or granules; some lumps are diffuse and widespread; and some lumps are mixed, with various shapes such as flakes, nodules, cords, and granules. Cystic breast hyperplasia may cause swelling or tingling before menstruation. The size and pain of the lump are also related to mood changes. For most people, the symptoms will worsen before menstruation, when they are depressed, after fatigue, and when the air pressure is low.

The difference between breast fever and lobular hyperplasia is that although the lump changes in size before and after menstruation, the lump always exists and will not disappear due to the ebb of menstruation. The proliferative tissue of cystic breast hyperplasia is mainly pathological changes. Histologically, it is found that cysts are formed due to the hyperdilation of small milk ducts, the proliferation of milk duct epithelial cells, and papilloma in the small and medium-sized milk ducts.

Generally speaking, an experienced doctor can tell whether it is lobular breast hyperplasia or cystic breast hyperplasia by touching it with his hands. Of course, it can also be diagnosed through B-ultrasound and other examinations. If it is confirmed that the breast is hot, it should be treated actively because these patients are 5 times more likely to develop breast cancer than normal women. Breast hyperplasia, known as breast disease in traditional Chinese medicine, is mostly caused by emotional injury, Chong and Ren meridian disorders, and phlegm and blood stasis. In clinical practice, the method of soothing the liver and relieving depression, regulating the Chong and Ren meridians, and resolving phlegm, softening hard masses and dispersing nodules is adopted, and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation is very effective.
