1. Black Chicken and American Ginseng Soup

Ingredients: black chicken, deer antler, hind horn meat, American ginseng, turtle, wolfberry.

1. Kill the black chicken and turtle, clean and cut into pieces. Wash the antler and hind horn meat and set aside.

2. Add various medicinal materials and cook for 6 hours.

Efficacy: Black chicken is rich in melanin, protein, iron and other nutrients. It is an excellent product for nourishing qi and yin. When boiled with medicinal materials and other nourishing ingredients, it can nourish yin and stomach, nourish qi and blood. It is especially suitable for nourishing women.

2. Radish and crucian carp soup

Ingredients: crucian carp, white radish, onion, ginger, Huadiao wine, and salt.

practice:

1. Wash the crucian carp, drain it, and wipe the surface moisture with kitchen paper.

2. Peel the radish and cut into strips; tie the green onions into knots; slice the ginger.

3. Heat oil in a pan, sauté a few slices of ginger, add crucian carp and fry until the fish meat on both sides changes color.

4. Add enough water (cold water or boiling water) into the pot, add onion and ginger, bring to a boil over high heat, add appropriate amount of Huadiao wine, and continue to cook until the wine smell dissipates.

5. After skimming off the foam, turn to medium heat, maintain a certain boiling point, cover and simmer until the soup turns white (about 30 minutes).

6. Add radish strips and continue cooking for about 10 minutes. Add a little salt and cook briefly.

Efficacy: Strengthens the spleen and stomach, helps digestion and relieves stagnation, improves eyesight and moisturizes the skin. Crucian carp soup has the effect of moisturizing and nourishing, and is suitable for consumption in autumn and winter.

3. Winter Bamboo Shoots and Crucian Carp Soup

Ingredients: 100 grams of winter bamboo shoots, 1 crucian carp (250 grams), appropriate amounts of rice wine, ginger slices, refined salt, MSG, and refined vegetable oil.

1. Peel the winter bamboo shoots, cut them into long strips, wash them, and then boil them in boiling water to remove the astringency.

2. Remove the scales and internal organs of the crucian carp, clean it thoroughly, heat oil in a pan, put the fish in and fry both sides until the skin turns slightly yellow, add rice wine, water, bamboo shoots and ginger slices, bring to a boil, simmer for a while, add salt and MSG.

Efficacy: This product is characterized by its fresh and mellow soup, tender meat and fragile bamboo shoots, and it is diuretic and lactogenic, and strengthens the spleen and replenishes qi.

4. Peanut pork knuckle stew

Effect: Moisturizes the skin and increases elasticity.

Ingredients: 80 grams of peanuts, 300 grams of pork knuckles, and 50 grams of yam.

1. Wash and cut the pig's trotters into pieces, and cut the yam into pieces.

2. Put all the ingredients, onion, ginger and cooking wine into the pot, add water and simmer on low heat for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, add salt and cook for a while.

5. Stewed Chicken with Pseudostellaria heterophylla

Ingredients: 8 grams of Prince ginseng, 250 grams of firewood chicken.

1. Cut the chicken into pieces, blanch it in boiling water, and pour out the water.

2. Put the firewood chicken and Pseudostellaria heterophylla together, add onion, ginger, cooking wine, add water and simmer for about 2 hours. When cooked, add salt and cook for a few minutes.

Efficacy: Nourishes yin and replenishes deficiency, warms the middle and invigorates qi. It is especially suitable for women to take supplements and recuperate after childbirth.
