5. Baliao acupoint:

Location: sacrum. Also known as Shangliao, Ciliao, Zhongliao and Xialiao, there are eight acupoints in total, located in the first, second, third and fourth posterior sacral foramina, collectively known as the "eight acupoints". Main treatments: lumbar and sacral diseases, bending pain, sciatica, lower limb paralysis, urinary difficulty, irregular menstruation, lower abdominal pain, pelvic inflammatory disease and other symptoms.
