How to deal with the sequelae of vaginal tightening surgery

Many women who have just given birth will experience vaginal relaxation. Women are very troubled by vaginal relaxation because it will affect the quality of their sex life and then affect the relationship between the couple. In modern society, vaginal tightening surgery has become more and more mature, so women who have the conditions will allow themselves to undergo vaginal tightening surgery. So what are the sequelae after a woman has undergone vaginal tightening surgery?

1. Surgical methods of vaginal tightening surgery

Vaginal tightening surgery is not a very complicated operation. There are two main methods. One is to directly remove part of the mucosa of the posterior wall of the vagina and then suture it to achieve the tightening purpose. The other is a vaginal tightening procedure that does not damage the vaginal mucosa. You need to discuss carefully with your doctor and choose the appropriate surgical method for you based on your situation to achieve the best surgical results.

The patient was positioned in lithotomy position, and posterior vaginal wall anesthesia was performed using the swelling technique. Make an arc-shaped incision on the skin side at the junction of the skin and mucosa of the posterior wall of the vagina, and peel off 1/2 of the total length of the posterior wall mucosa of the vagina under the vaginal mucosa. Pull the muscle tissue on both sides together and suture it. Repair the muscle rupture. The tightness of the vagina should be appropriate to accommodate two fingers. The vaginal mucosa bulges into the vagina and is not removed to maintain the integrity of the mucosal layer. Fill the vagina with a 3-4 cm diameter gauze roll or iodoform gauze roll to apply pressure to stop bleeding and remove it after 24-48 hours.

Second, the sequelae of vaginal tightening surgery

Vaginal tightening surgery itself is harmful. After all, it involves cutting flesh from one's own body. It has limitations for some unmarried and unchild-bearing women. It cannot regulate female gynecological diseases. The surgery may also cause gynecological infection. It is recommended that you consider it carefully.

Vaginal tightening surgery is performed under local anesthesia. Currently, it usually involves removing 3-5 cm of vaginal mucosal folds inside the vaginal opening and then tightening and suturing the mucosa to increase the tightness of the vaginal opening.

As long as you pay attention to preventing infection after the operation, there is generally no major harm. Of course, a small number of people experience reduced sexual pleasure because the surgery changes the natural shape of the vagina.
