Can I eat wine lees eggs during menstruation?

There are actually no major taboos during menstruation, especially in terms of diet, you need to eat more nutritious food, so that your body will not be so weak. However, you cannot eat too much wine lees eggs, because alcohol is really not so good for women's bodies. You can't eat sour, spicy and irritating foods either, which are also not good.

1. Women should not eat cold food during menstruation. Once they eat cold food, the blood will be stimulated by the temperature change, which will cause poor circulation, blood clots, and cause menstrual pain. Some foods with cool properties, such as ice cream, winter melon, eggplant, loofah, cucumber, winter melon, crab, snail, kelp, bamboo shoots, orange, pear, grapefruit, watermelon, etc., and sour foods, such as sour plums, unripe sour fruits, or some spicy foods, such as fried foods, chili, pepper, mustard, etc., should also be avoided during menstruation to avoid blood flow problems.

2. During menstruation, you should eat more green onion, fungus, peanuts, walnuts, dates, longan and rose. If you accidentally eat cold food during your menstrual period, or can't help eating ice, you can drink more brown sugar boiled with ginger to balance the blood circulation in your body and promote blood flow. During the menstrual period, women should pay special attention to keeping warm, avoid cold, wading, rain, exposure to the sun, and taking cold showers. They should also refrain from sexual intercourse, bathing in a tub, and swimming, and keep the vulva, underwear, and sanitary napkins clean.

What should not be eaten during menstruation:

1. Spicy and sour foods: Rice vinegar, spicy and sour dishes, pickles, pomegranates, bayberries, strawberries, star fruits, cherries, hawthorns, mangoes, apricots, plums, lemons and other sour and astringent foods are not conducive to the discharge and smooth flow of menstrual blood, especially for patients with dysmenorrhea.

Spicy foods such as chili peppers, pepper, garlic, onions, ginger, and leeks can cause pelvic congestion and inflammation, or excessive uterine contraction, making existing dysmenorrhea worse.

2. Alcohol: Alcohol has the effect of promoting menstruation and activating blood circulation. Drinking during menstruation can easily lead to excessive menstrual bleeding and prolonged menstruation, which is not good for health. You should try to avoid drinking alcohol during your menstrual period, and it’s best to just say no to it.
