Anal pain and bleeding during bowel movement

Anal pain and bleeding during bowel movement

In fact, many female friends will feel that their physical fitness becomes particularly poor during the breastfeeding period, which can easily cause anal pain or bleeding during defecation. If this is the case, you need to do an anal examination to make a judgment. Most of the time, this is caused by hemorrhoids, but you cannot use some medicines randomly at home.

Anal diseases

1. Anal fissure: Anal fissure causes obvious blood in the stool to the patient, and generally the fissure will worsen to a certain extent, making the symptoms of blood in the stool more obvious. The degree of damage to the fissure will directly affect the intensity of anal bleeding and pain.

2. Internal hemorrhoids: The first symptom of internal hemorrhoids is obvious blood in the stool. This is mainly due to the long-term presence of hemorrhoids, which leads to a continuous increase in secretions. When it develops to a certain extent, blood in the stool will occur. Patients with internal hemorrhoids will have relatively obvious blood in their stools in the early stages, and pain will occur in the later stages.

3. External hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids: These two types of hemorrhoids can also cause anal bleeding, but the symptoms are milder than internal hemorrhoids, and the pain symptoms are much more obvious.

4. Anal fistula: Most of the time, anal bleeding occurs when the symptoms are relatively mild. When patients with anal fistula experience anal bleeding, it means that the symptoms of anal fistula are showing a trend of worsening. Therefore, when diagnosing and treating the disease, patients still have to use professional methods and try to cure the disease well in a short period of time.

Rectal diseases

①The main symptom of rectal polyps is blood in the stool, which is intermittent, bright red in color, and generally not in large amounts. This disease is common in children.

②The main manifestations of rectal cancer are increased frequency of bowel movements, thinner stools with mucus and blood, accompanied by tenesmus or a feeling of incomplete defecation. In the early stages, blood in the stool is bright red or dark red, and the amount is not large. In the late stages, there is often foul-smelling mucus in the stool and weight loss, so it should be taken seriously.

③Radiation proctitis may also cause blood in the stool, but there should be a history of radiation therapy.

Colon disease

① Colon polyps:

a. Juvenile polyposis coli, with an average onset age of 6 years, no family history, and the main manifestation is blood in the stool, often accompanied by malnutrition, anemia, hypoproteinemia and growth retardation, and often accompanied by congenital malformations such as intestinal malrotation, umbilical hernia and cerebral edema;

b. Familial juvenile polyposis coli: There is a family history, and symptoms are often characterized by bloody stools, rectal prolapse, and growth retardation.
