The dietary taboos for women during pregnancy include two parts: one is the general principles of dietary taboos to be paid attention to during normal pregnancy, and the other is the dietary taboos for some common diseases during pregnancy. Principles of do's and don'ts: After a normal pregnancy, women should eat high-protein, multi-vitamin, multi-fiber and low-salt foods due to physiological needs, and avoid high-fat and overly salty foods; they should eat easily digestible rich and juicy foods, and avoid raw, cold or cold foods; they should eat fresh fruits and vegetables, and avoid spicy and irritating foods, or foods with fishy smells, or greasy and sticky foods, or foods that are fried and hot, or foods that help fire and damage yin; they should avoid tobacco and alcohol, especially strong liquor.

It is easy to occur when there is excessive weight gain, overweight fetus, multiple births, and lack of venous valve function in the mother. The treatment method is to raise the calves, do not cross the legs when sitting, put on elastic pants before getting out of bed in the morning, and avoid lying on your back in the late pregnancy and lie on your right side instead.

It is caused by varicose veins on the surface of the rectum. Treatment: prevent constipation, sit in a warm water bath, and apply ice when it hurts.

If the intestinal motility slows down due to hormones in the body during pregnancy or if it is caused by oral iron supplements, the treatment method is to increase water intake, eat high-fiber foods, develop daily bowel habits and exercise appropriately. Do not develop a habit of relying on laxatives or suppositories.

Back pain

The enlarged uterus, increased lumbar curvature and relaxing hormone cause the pelvic joints to relax, resulting in anterior pelvic tilt and back bending and pain. Treatment methods: Pelvic tilt exercise - lie on your back with your knees bent and your back pressed against the floor. When standing, lean your back against the wall and contract your abdominal and gluteal muscles. Kneel with your hands on the ground, arch your back as much as possible and contract your abdominal muscles.

Calf cramps

Painful gastrocnemius spasms before going to bed are caused by uterine compression of lower limb nerves and poor blood circulation. Treatment: adopt dorsiflexion position during spasms, massage and hot compress.
