Abdominal pain with yellow leucorrhea

Abdominal pain with yellow leucorrhea

In our lives, many people experience lower abdominal distension and pain. Most women experience lower abdominal distension and pain accompanied by abnormal leucorrhea, that is, yellow substances will appear in the leucorrhea. Because normal leucorrhea is milky white or transparent, and when there is a disease or gynecological inflammation, the leucorrhea will turn yellow. So what should I do if I have lower abdominal pain and yellow leucorrhea?

Leucorrhea is a sticky white liquid that flows out of the vagina of women. It is a mixture of secretions from the Bartholin's glands, cervical glands, endometrium, exudate from the vaginal mucosa, and desquamated vaginal epithelial cells. Leucorrhea contains lactobacillus, lysozyme and antibodies, so it has the effect of inhibiting bacterial growth. During sexual intercourse, the amount of leucorrhea will increase, which will lubricate the vagina and facilitate sexual intercourse. Generally, the amount of leucorrhea increases during the middle of the menstrual period and becomes thin and transparent; after ovulation, the leucorrhea becomes thick, turbid and less in quantity. There is an increase in leucorrhea before menstruation and during pregnancy. Non-primate mammals appear during estrus.

What is the reason for yellow leucorrhea and lower abdominal pain? Normal leucorrhea is a colorless, odorless, thin and sticky liquid. It is normal for women to have leucorrhea, especially for women of childbearing age. The color and smell of leucorrhea can also reflect the physical condition of women.

Yellow leucorrhea is a manifestation of inflammatory leucorrhea. Yellow leucorrhea is called yellow discharge. Any yellow or purulent discharge from the vagina, often accompanied by vaginal itching, is called "yellow discharge". Yellow leucorrhea is usually caused by gynecological bed inflammation and is one of the manifestations of pathological leucorrhea.

It usually manifests as: the leucorrhea of candidal vaginitis is yellow or white, typically in the shape of tofu dregs or curds, and is accompanied by vulvar itching. Most of the time, it is thick in texture, but sometimes it can be thin in texture and have a slight odor. The leucorrhea of Trichomonas vaginitis is yellow or yellow-green, thin and thick, with a large amount of foam, and is accompanied by vulvar itching and a foul odor. Cervical erosion is characterized by yellow leucorrhea, increased volume, purulent content, and often odorless.

Special attention

Light yellow or white is also within the normal range. This is the color of the leucorrhea due to the white blood cells and vaginal epithelium contained in it, and is not an abnormality caused by disease.

If the white and transparent leucorrhea gets on your underwear, it will turn yellow after drying, so there is no need to worry about it.
