Vulva pain and itching

Vulva pain and itching

In our lives, many women suffer from gynecological diseases. Most women suffer from gynecological diseases because they do not develop good living habits. For women, underwear and private parts need to be washed every day. Only in this way can some bacteria be driven away and gynecological diseases can be effectively avoided. However, they may still feel pain in the vulva. So why do women feel pain and itching in the vulva?

Vulvar itching is mostly caused by the large amount of abnormal leucorrhea discharged from the vulva caused by trichomonas or fungal infection, which irritates the vulva and causes itching; if there is disinfectant solution to wash the vulva and vagina, or certain drugs are placed in the vagina (such as sulfonamides, furazolidone, strong alkaline soap, potassium permanganate solution, etc.), causing vulvar skin allergies or dermatitis, it can also cause vulvar itching; not paying attention to hygiene during menstruation, or using rubber or plastic menstrual belts, and not washing the vulva frequently, causing menstrual blood or vaginal secretions to accumulate in the vulva for a long time; or wearing synthetic underwear at ordinary times, which often puts the vulva in a hot and humid environment, often causing vulvar itching.

Steps/Methods:

1 First of all, the treatment method we usually use is to apply medicine to the vagina. However, all medicines are toxic and will definitely have certain side effects on our vagina. We can adopt the following method.

2 We can use alkaline solution to rinse the vulva and vagina, which can effectively inhibit the reproduction of fungi. Put a small spoonful of baking soda (the alkali we use in daily life) in clean water to flush the vagina. Clean 1-2 times a day, and a course of treatment is two weeks. After rinsing, wipe it with a clean towel and keep the vulva dry, which will help prevent the fungus from growing again.

3 Never wear tight underwear. Underwear should be loose and breathable. Pure cotton underwear is the best.

4 Drink more water and eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. This helps detoxification. For example, eat more apples, pears, bananas, cabbage, rapeseed, mushrooms, seaweed, etc.

Precautions

During the treatment of vaginitis, do not eat spicy or irritating foods, avoid alcohol, eat seafood, etc., and also refrain from sexual intercourse.
