Brown discharge during non-menstrual period

Brown discharge during non-menstrual period

Non-menstrual bleeding is dark brown and may be caused by ovulation bleeding. The most obvious symptom of ovulation bleeding is abnormal uterine bleeding. Generally, the bleeding is small, some are only brown secretions, and very few are dripping or secretions contain blood. Some bleeding time is several hours, some are 2-3 days, and the longest will not exceed 7 days. If it exceeds 7 days, you should go to the hospital for a check-up and take medication based on the results of the examination. You must pay attention to avoid fatigue, avoid catching a cold, and ensure rest and sleep quality.

There is a small amount of dark brown bleeding during the non-menstrual period. Common causes include ovulation bleeding, implantation bleeding, before and after menstruation, premature ovarian failure, endocrine disorders, cervicitis, cervical erosion, etc. During ovulation, the body's secretion of estrogen and oestrogen increases, which stimulates the uterine wall and causes it to shed, resulting in a small amount of brown discharge.

When the embryo implants, the uterine wall will split and bleeding will occur in the vagina. Brown secretions will also appear before and after menstruation because a small amount of uterine wall falls off. Women with premature ovarian failure are very prone to non-menstrual bleeding due to reduced estrogen metabolism. When women have endocrine disorders, they are very likely to have menstrual disorders, and abnormal vaginal bleeding is also very likely to occur when there is menstrual disorder. When women suffer from cervicitis or cervical erosion, and there is strong exudate in the cervix, vaginal bleeding may also occur, and the discharge will be brown.

If brown discharge appears in the vagina during the non-menstrual period, you should consider whether it is ovulation vaginal bleeding. During the ovulation period, the female hormones in a woman's body will change, and the disorder of hormone metabolism will cause vaginal bleeding. Ovulation bleeding usually lasts for 2 to 3 days, and there is not much blood. This is a normal situation. You should also pay attention to the brown secretions in the vagina as they may be caused by some gynecological diseases. You should go to the hospital for an ultrasound of the uterine adnex and six hormone tests. Find out the cause based on the test results and then use medication for treatment.
