Is it a good thing for an ectopic pregnancy to not bleed?

The baby grows inside the mother's uterus. If an ectopic pregnancy occurs, it is a very dangerous situation for the pregnant woman. We also know that ectopic pregnancy cannot successfully give birth to a baby after ten months like a normal pregnancy, because ectopic pregnancy is an abnormal pregnancy and cannot give birth to a baby in the end. Is it a good thing for women to have an ectopic pregnancy without bleeding?

The early symptoms of ectopic pregnancy are not typical. Generally, early ectopic pregnancy is confirmed clinically through B-ultrasound examination. Generally, an ultrasound can be used to check whether there is an ectopic pregnancy at 5-6 weeks of pregnancy. Some pregnant women may have to wait another one or two weeks before a confirmed diagnosis. At 35 days of pregnancy, ultrasound cannot detect it. Generally, it takes about 40 days for the ultrasound resolution to be able to clearly see whether there is a gestational sac in the uterine cavity. The symptoms of ectopic pregnancy and early pregnancy are the same, and early pregnancy reactions will occur. It is recommended to delay the examination for one week.

Suggestion: It is best to go to a regular large hospital for consultation, examination and treatment. Pay attention to the development of the disease, do not treat it indiscriminately, and face everything in life with a calm mind.

An abnormal pregnancy process in which the fertilized egg implants and develops outside the uterine cavity. Also called "ectopic pregnancy". The most common type of pregnancy is tubal pregnancy. The cause of the disease is often due to inflammation in the fallopian tube lumen or its surroundings, which causes poor patency of the lumen, hindering the normal operation of the fertilized egg, causing it to stay, implant, and develop in the fallopian tube, leading to miscarriage or rupture of the fallopian tube pregnancy. There are often no obvious symptoms before miscarriage or rupture, but there may also be amenorrhea, abdominal pain, and a small amount of vaginal bleeding. After rupture, symptoms include acute and severe abdominal pain, repeated attacks, vaginal bleeding, and even shock. Examination often shows signs of intra-abdominal bleeding and a mass next to the uterus. Ultrasound examination can assist in diagnosis. Treatment is mainly surgical. While correcting shock, laparotomy and removal of the diseased fallopian tube are performed. If you want to preserve your fertility, you can also cut the fallopian tube and remove the fertilized egg.

Clinical manifestations

1. Menopause

Except for pregnancy in the fallopian tube interstitial region, which lasts for a longer period of time, most cases last for 6 to 8 weeks. 20% to 30% of patients have no obvious history of amenorrhea, or their menstruation is only delayed by two or three days.

2. Vaginal bleeding

After the death of the embryo, there is often irregular vaginal bleeding, which is dark red in color and small in amount, generally not exceeding the amount of menstruation. A small number of patients have heavy vaginal bleeding, similar to menstruation, and may be accompanied by the discharge of decidual fragments.

3. Syncope and shock

Due to acute intra-abdominal bleeding and severe abdominal pain, mild cases may experience fainting, while severe cases may suffer from hemorrhagic shock. The more and faster the bleeding, the quicker and more severe the symptoms appear, but they are not proportional to the amount of vaginal bleeding.
