What are the symptoms of breast hyperplasia

From other aesthetic perspectives, women's breasts are not only an important human organ, but also can show women's unique beauty. Sometimes women's breasts may get sick, such as breast hyperplasia. Although this is a very common disease, if the correct treatment is not taken in time, it will have a great impact on women's bodies. Next, let’s take a look at the symptoms of breast hyperplasia in women.

For women, breast hyperplasia is not unfamiliar. If we wear a bra for a long time or the bra is too tight, it can easily compress the breasts for too long, affecting blood circulation, causing breast ischemia and causing breast hyperplasia. In addition, there are many other reasons that can cause breast hyperplasia. So, will breast hyperplasia cause nipple discharge?

There are three common symptoms of early breast hyperplasia, such as:

1. Breast pain

Breast pain often manifests as distension or tingling, mostly in one breast, but in some people it occurs in both breasts. In serious cases, it will affect daily life and work. Breast pain often occurs before and after menstruation and is relieved after the menstruation comes.

2. Breast lumps

Breast lumps usually occur in one or both breasts, in one or more breasts. Most of them are in the form of flakes, but there may also be lumps in other shapes, such as nodules, cords, and granules. Moreover, the boundaries of the mass are not obvious and the sizes vary, ranging from approximately 1 to 4 cm.

3. Nipple discharge

Generally speaking, a small number of patients with breast hyperplasia will experience nipple discharge, which is usually a straw yellow or brown serous liquid. At the same time, some patients may also experience irritability, unstable menstrual cycles, etc.

If breast hyperplasia is accompanied by nipple discharge, you should pay attention to the following:

(1) Pay attention to diet structure and develop good eating habits

You should follow the "low-fat, high-fiber" dietary principle, eat whole-grain foods, beans and vegetables regularly, and supplement with a variety of vitamins and minerals to reduce adverse stimulation to the breast.

(2) Develop a good work and rest routine

You should ensure 8 hours of sleep every day, avoid staying up late, and regularly participate in outdoor sports to promote metabolism.

(3) Strengthen self-examination, detect diseases in time, and stay away from diseases

First, raise your left hand or put it on your waist and use your right hand to examine your left breast. Then, start at the nipple and work in a clockwise direction. When touching, your palm should be stretched out flat, and use the tips of your index finger, middle finger, and ring finger to gently touch the upper outer, lower outer, lower inner, and upper inner areas of the breast in order, and finally the nipple and areola area in the middle of the breast. If you find a lump in your breast or nipple discharge, you need to go to the hospital for a detailed examination in time to avoid missing the best time for treatment.
