1. Pregnancy preparation knowledge

1. Adjust your diet: Eat more nutritious foods and basically avoid fried foods and cold foods, such as white radish. Similarly, cold fruits are basically not eaten, such as watermelon and cantaloupe.

2. Get enough sleep: Sleep is important, and going to bed early and getting up early is more important. The human body's blood production time is mainly concentrated between 22:00 and 02:00. You must ensure that you fall asleep during this period, and it is best to reach a deep sleep state.

3. Exercise in moderation: It doesn’t matter what kind of exercise you choose, what matters is that it suits you. It is recommended to choose soothing and relaxing exercise methods as much as possible, such as taking a walk or practicing yoga. Strenuous exercise, such as playing badminton and swimming, is not recommended.

4. Measure basal body temperature: The basal body temperature curve helps predict ovulation. It is usually measured in the morning before getting up. The basal body temperature is lowest on the day of ovulation and rises by 0.3-0.6℃ after ovulation.

5. Relax: Mood is very important. The more anxious you are and the more you think about getting pregnant, the harder it will be to succeed. Don't take it seriously, it's just a natural law and many people have experienced it.

6. Stay away from radiation from electronic products: The electromagnetic fields emitted by electronic products such as laptops and mobile phones may reduce the quality of eggs or sperm, thereby inducing infertility.

2. What to eat to prepare for pregnancy

1. Grapes

Grapes have a very high sugar content, especially glucose which can be quickly absorbed to replenish the body's sugar. They also contain various nutrients such as amino acids, lecithin, vitamins and minerals, which have the effect of nourishing yin and blood and replenishing deficiency.

2. Corn

Corn is rich in carbohydrates and can provide very high energy. So corn can help women replenish energy and stay active during pregnancy preparation.

3. Black beans

Black beans are high in protein and low in calories. The lecithin they contain is the highest in content among similar foods. The isoflavones they are rich in can lower cholesterol, reduce arteriosclerosis, and have the effect of nourishing the kidneys and strengthening the spleen.
