Spinach and Fish Soup

1. Prepare the fish, spinach, ham, lard, salt, MSG, onion, ginger and cooking wine. Cut the fish into thin slices, add cooking wine and salt and marinate for half an hour.

2. Wash the spinach, cut it into small pieces, boil water in a pot and blanch it. Cut the onion into sections, the ginger into slices, and the ham into cubes.

3. Heat the lard in a pan, add the scallion and ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, fry the fish fillets slightly, add water and bring to a boil. After the water boils, simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, add the spinach and cook for a while.

4. Add diced ham, MSG, salt, etc. and serve.
