Leucorrhea flows out and it itches down there

There are many types of diseases caused by leucorrhea, such as trichomoniasis, fungal vaginitis, and vaginitis caused by bacteria, mycoplasma and other infections. It is not ruled out that the patient has had uterine cavity disease, adnexal and ovarian diseases in the past, and even when it flows out, it will cause itching due to sensitivity.

Common diseases

Trichomonas vaginitis, fungal vaginitis, bacterial vaginitis, senile vaginitis, gonococcal vaginitis, mycoplasma, chlamydia infection, cervicitis, cervical erosion, cervical polyps, normal pregnancy, pelvic tumors, high acidity urine, pyuria, urinary incontinence, vesicovaginal fistula, diabetic vulvitis jaundice, uremia, leukemia, vitamin deficiency, malignant tumors, mental illness, common warts, herpes, eczema, condyloma acuminatum, vulvar squamous cell hyperplasia, lichen sclerosus, pubic lice, scabies, vulvar tumors, vulvar varicose veins, systemic skin diseases, etc.

diagnosis

1. Vulvar itching may be an early symptom of systemic disease, so it is necessary to understand the patient's medical history and daily living habits, including whether irritating detergents are used and tight synthetic clothing is worn.

2. Understand the location and characteristics of itching.

3. Determine whether it is psychogenic pruritus: whether there is a history of mental illness, whether there is a tendency to unconscious illness, whether the symptoms are related to mental tension and emotional excitement, whether the suggestion can cause recurrence, whether the symptoms improve after psychological treatment, whether blushing, sweating or scratching occurs when the conversation involves psychological factors, and whether there is an abnormal dependence on drugs.

Differential Diagnosis

(I) Differential diagnosis of vulvar pruritus

1. Vulvar eczema: It mostly occurs on the labia majora on both sides and may also affect the labia minora. Most of them are chronic inflammations, and the main lesions are dry and thickened skin, which presents as lichenification. Papulovicular rash or blisters may occur, and then erosion, exudation, and induration may form.

2. Scabies: It is caused by the parasite scabies mites and is transmitted directly or indirectly among people. It is now classified as a sexually transmitted disease. It often occurs in the vulva area, groin, perineum and inner thigh, and is characterized by the formation of small papules. Scabies mites drill into the stratum corneum of the skin to form raised and tortuous scabies tunnels, which are grayish white or light black in color. When the lesions consist only of papules and blood scabies, it is called dry scabies; if there are blisters, eczema, pustules, crusts and erosions, it is called wet scabies. Secondary bacterial infection may present as impetigo. It can be identified based on severe itching at night, history of contact, predisposing sites and characteristics of skin lesions. The diagnosis can be confirmed by finding scabies mites or eggs.
