Breast nodules type 3

Breast nodules type 3

Nodules are a common physical disease. Some nodules can disappear on their own, while others require surgery to eliminate. Nodules on the breasts are also a common problem. For middle-aged women who are already mothers, they should pay special attention to three types of breast nodules. Most breast nodules are benign hyperplasia, but you should also pay attention to your daily care. It is best to have regular check-ups to avoid lesions. Here are some relevant information about the three types of nodules.

Breast hyperplasia nodules are a common breast disease in women, also known as lobular hyperplasia, mammary dysplasia, fibrocystic disease, etc. The characteristic of this disease is the structural disorder of breast components, which show abnormalities in structure, quantity and tissue morphology, so it is called cystic hyperplastic nodular disease or mammary dysplasia.

Benign hyperplasia is common among young women, and the main manifestation is breast pain related to the menstrual cycle. The pain is obvious before menstruation and is relieved after menstruation. Some patients also experience breast hyperplasia nodules or lumps, which often occur in the upper outer part of the breast and may be accompanied by tenderness. The specific cause of the disease is unknown, but it is mainly believed to be related to the irregular amount and rhythm of estrogen and progesterone secretion in women. It is generally believed that lobular hyperplasia without atypical hyperplasia does not increase the risk of breast cancer.

In fact, when cystic breast hyperplasia reaches level 3, the chance of cancer is about 30%, while for level 1 and 2 cystic hyperplasia, the chance of cancer is lower, so there is no need to panic. Breast pain is divided into three degrees: first degree when you feel pain when touching with your hands, no treatment is needed; second degree when you feel pain during activities, you can consider taking medicine; third degree, when you feel pain even when you are lying in bed, you should see a doctor.

Not taking medicine for benign hyperplasia does not mean leaving it alone. Patients need to undergo B-ultrasound and mammography examinations every two years to observe the condition of the hyperplasia. During B-ultrasound or mammography examinations, the breast is graded from 0 to 6. Grade 0 requires evaluation in combination with other examinations, grades 1-2 do not require puncture and can be examined once every two years; grade 3 is mostly cystic hyperplasia and requires annual examination, grade 4 and above require surgical treatment, grade 5 has a high possibility of malignancy, and grade 6 is a pre-treatment evaluation for confirmed breast cancer.

The clinical manifestations of benign and cystic hyperplasia are similar, so patients should not take it lightly and need regular check-ups. Whether the hyperplasia is benign or cystic should be determined through dynamic observation through B-ultrasound and mammography examination, and no blind conclusion can be drawn. Data show that among solid tumors, the cure rate of breast cancer is as high as 70%, and the treatment effect is good. But it does not mean that hyperplasia requires surgery.

As we all know, the fundamental cause of breast hyperplasia nodules is breast lumps caused by long-term congestion and blockage of the breast, which in turn causes a series of symptoms such as breast swelling and tingling. To treat breast hyperplasia, the most important thing is to start with unblocking the breast. As for how to treat breast hyperplasia, experts said that breast hyperplasia nodules are manifestations of cystic hyperplasia of the breast and are mainly treated symptomatically.

The main cause of breast hyperplasia nodules is hormonal disorder and excessive estrogen secretion in the body. Overnutrition, obesity, etc. can lead to excessive estrogen secretion. Breast tissue is stimulated by excessive estrogen and becomes more and more developed. Therefore, those who are obese or have a family history of breast cancer must insist on exercising and controlling their weight, which can effectively prevent breast cancer. At the same time, reduce meat intake.
