What to do if pregnancy does not implant

Pregnancy is the combination of sperm and egg to form a fertilized egg. After pregnancy, there will be no menstruation. If your period comes, it means you are not pregnant, which means implantation will not occur. Generally speaking, the 3 days after menstruation and the 3 days before menstruation are absolutely safe periods. You will not get pregnant, even if you do not take any contraceptive measures. Don't worry. This is mainly because there is no ovulation at this time and the uterus does not have the conditions for implantation. What should I do if pregnancy does not implant?

The main reasons for the failure of fertilized eggs to implant are as follows:

1. The fertilized egg itself is defective.

2. The ovarian corpus luteum function is not perfect, progesterone secretion is insufficient, and the endometrium is abnormal, which affects the implantation of the fertilized egg.

3. Uterine factors: Uterine hypoplasia, submucosal fibroids, endometrial polyps, intrauterine adhesions, endometrial tuberculosis, etc. affect the implantation of the fertilized egg.

4. Immune factors: Research on immune factors in recent years has shown that there are two immune conditions that affect conception.

Alloimmunization: Sperm, seminal plasma or fertilized egg are antigenic substances. After being absorbed by the vaginal and uterine epithelium, they produce antibody substances through immune reaction, which prevents the sperm and egg from combining or the fertilized egg from implanting.

Autoimmunity: It is believed that infertile women have zona pellucida autoantibodies in their serum that react with the zona pellucida to prevent sperm from penetrating the egg, thus preventing fertilization.

5. Excessive mental stress, especially severe anxiety due to failure to conceive, and excessive psychological pressure.
