How to relieve menstrual pain in women

Healthy women will experience menstruation after adulthood, and menstruation will come on time every month. However, some women will experience menstrual pain, which is very uncomfortable. Dysmenorrhea can also easily cause women to sweat, look pale, and have weak limbs and other symptoms. Therefore, relieving dysmenorrhea is also very important. So how can women relieve menstrual pain?

First, how can women relieve menstrual pain? Hot compress: the simplest and most effective method. Place hot water bottles (warm packs) on the upper and lower sides of the pelvis for 5-10 minutes each time to promote blood circulation and relieve pain. The warm baby is better and more convenient than the hot water bottle, so I recommend it.

Second, brown sugar water: I didn’t know why before, but my family elders said it was useful, so I would drink brown sugar water every time. However, brown sugar has excellent healing and tonic effects, and it is also a source of sugar in the body and can store energy. Brown sugar water is easier to absorb, so you can try it, it is harmless to the body.

Third, take painkillers: This is the most direct method. Take it when you can no longer bear it, and you can slowly overcome it. You must take medicine under the guidance of a doctor, but medicine is toxic to some extent, so try to use it as little as possible.

How can women relieve menstrual pain? Do more exercise: It does not mean that you should go when your period comes, but do moderate exercise before it comes to reduce discomfort. Weak women should be more active in their daily lives, such as running, doing exercises, playing badminton, etc., to gradually enhance their body's resistance and tolerance to pain. I do not recommend exercising during menstruation, as it is mainly for regulation, but you should move your waist more. Eat more vegetarian food, reduce meat intake, and eat some fruits appropriately. Vegetables include: carrots, sweet potatoes, rapeseed, etc., and high-protein foods include: beans, lentils. You should eat less pork and fish, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't eat them at all. Regardless of the disease, protein supplementation is needed. So beans are important.
