Maybe everyone has heard of cervical diseases, but you have never heard of the term cervical detachment. In fact, cervical detachment is also called uterine prolapse. The main cause of cervical detachment is that the uterus of women is severely damaged during childbirth. Therefore, if women find that their cervix is falling off, they must go to the hospital for treatment in time. Today, I will show you what cervical detachment means. It is not called shedding, it is called uterine prolapse, and its main causes are birth injury, long-term increase in abdominal pressure, pelvic floor tissue dysplasia or degeneration. Clinically, there are 3 levels of prolapse. Level 1 and level 2 are divided into two degrees respectively. According to the situation, it is basically certain that it is level 1 prolapse. Level 1 is mild and manifested as the cervix is less than 4CM away from the hymen, and severe is reaching the hymen. In terms of treatment, generally no treatment is required if there are no symptoms. Those with symptoms can use conservative treatment and surgical treatment, which mainly depends on individual circumstances. The treatment of this disease should be based on the principles of safety, simplicity and effectiveness. Cervical Pap smear examination is rarely used now because of the high misdiagnosis rate. Cervical Pap smear level one is normal, cervical Pap smear level two is inflammation and may be the precursor of early cervical cancer, but further examination should be done. The best method now is TCT ultra-thin cell detection, which can detect early lesions before cervical cancer and accurately diagnose various infections. It is recommended to go to a more professional hospital for relevant examinations and receive treatment after a clear diagnosis. The Pap smear is ① Pap grade I: normal. It is a normal vaginal cell smear. ② Pap grade II: inflammation. The cell nuclei are generally enlarged, lightly stained or have binuclei, and perinuclear halos or intracytoplasmic vacuoles may also be seen. Generally, it is a benign change or inflammation. Clinically, it is divided into ⅡA ⅡB° ⅡB refers to individual cell nuclei with obvious heterogeneity, but it does not support malignancy, and the rest are ⅡA°. There are currently two types of tests for cervical cancer screening: 1. Screening for HPV virus in the cervix 2. Cervical cytology examination, also known as TCT examination. Take a small brush and place it on the external os of the cervix, rotate it clockwise for 8-10 times, and the cells from the external os of the cervix and the cervical canal can be brushed off with the small brush and then sent to the pathology department for testing. The cervical HPV virus and cervical exfoliated cytological changes are like an infection. Only when a person is infected with the HPV virus can they develop cervical cancer. However, for cervical HPV infection, 80% of patients can clear the virus through their own immunity. Of course, 20% of patients have low immunity, so the virus may take advantage of them and cause further cytological changes, that is, low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia or high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia. In this case, further colposcopy and biopsy are needed to further clarify the nature and depth of the lesion. |
