Symptoms of female qi sinking

The sinking of Qi in women is a common problem of Qi and blood. Such patients are often accompanied by anal prolapse, uterine prolapse, and symptoms of kidney prolapse and gastrointestinal dysfunction. In addition, patients will feel weak Qi and blood, and will have obvious dizziness and headaches. These symptoms must be strictly controlled in normal times, and appropriate methods must be chosen for treatment and conditioning.

Clinical manifestations

It often presents clinical manifestations of both qi deficiency and qi collapse. Symptoms often include decreased appetite, fatigue, shortness of breath, sallow complexion, dizziness, loose stools, pale tongue, weak pulse, as well as rectal prolapse, uterine prolapse, chronic diarrhea and dysentery, and prolapse of the uterus. Accompanied by dizziness, heaviness and fatigue of limbs, and low voice and laziness. It is common in diseases such as gastroptosis, nephroptosis, uterine prolapse, rectal prolapse, chronic enteritis, and chronic dysentery.

1. The abdomen feels heavy and bloated, especially after eating - the spleen is weak and unable to lift up the internal organs, and the internal organs sag, which becomes more severe after eating.

2. Frequent urge to defecate and heavy anus – sinking of Qi in the middle part of the body.

3. Chronic diarrhea may not stop, or even lead to rectal prolapse - Chronic diarrhea is caused by severe spleen deficiency, which is unable to control the disease.

4. Uterine prolapse – spleen is unable to rise.

5. Turbid urine like rice water - spleen deficiency, qi deficiency and essence cannot be distributed and flow into the bladder.

6. Shortness of breath, fatigue, limb tiredness, low voice and laziness - decreased body function.

7. Dizziness and vertigo: failure of the clear yang to rise.

8. Pale tongue with white coating – weak spleen.

9. Weak pulse: The spleen is weak and cannot nourish the blood.
