Postpartum sweating recipe at home recipe

The body needs to sweat after confinement, because only in this way can the cold and moisture in the body be excreted to avoid serious postpartum diseases. During the confinement period, you should pay attention to mastering the formula and method of sweating. Some people do not want to go to the hospital and prefer to stay at home because it will be more comfortable.

How to sweat during confinement

1. Make the bed: In order to prevent the mattress from getting wet and difficult to wash, you should lay a waterproof layer on the mattress in advance, and then lay a thicker layer of absorbent sheets or towel blankets. Prepare a highly absorbent sheet or towel blanket to cover yourself when you sweat, and two quilts to cover yourself when you sweat.

2. Dressing: I wore pure cotton spring and autumn clothes, pure cotton socks, and a woolen hat. The confinement nanny felt that my neck was exposed, so she put a scarf on me.

3. Drink soup: The sweating soup should be drunk while it is hot. The specific amount to drink depends on your daily alcohol tolerance and your reaction to the sweating soup. The confinement nanny heard that I could drink one pound of liquor before I had a baby, and she was worried that one pound of liquor would not be enough for me to sweat. Facts proved that her worry was unnecessary. After giving birth, I have no alcohol tolerance at all. But I didn't know until I practiced it. I thought I could drink a lot, so I picked up the big bowl and gulped down most of it. I stopped because I felt too full. The soup was hot and spicy but the taste was not that good!!

4. Cover up sweat: When drinking soup, you should sit in the quilt. Lie down quickly after drinking. Cover yourself with a towel blanket first, and then cover yourself with a quilt. In summer, you can cover less, and in winter, you can cover yourself with two quilts. The rule is that the entire body except the eyes must be covered tightly, the doors and windows in the room must be closed, and there must be no draft. After drinking the soup, I felt the heat slowly spreading from my stomach to the outside. I was prone to sweating during the confinement period, and after a while, I started to sweat profusely.

5. Pay attention to prevent heatstroke: When sweating, because there are many quilts to cover, plus drinking hot soup that makes you sweat, and the room is not ventilated, so there must be someone to accompany you. Do not let the mother fall asleep, and replenish her with water at any time (feed her water with a straw cup every once in a while).
