The couple are considerate and loving. Regularly strengthening emotional exchanges between husband and wife can deepen their love and make the wife have a sense of happiness, security and belonging, which is very beneficial for stabilizing the wife's emotions and cultivating a good mood; a harmonious and happy sex life can keep the wife's emotions in a happy state, which is conducive to the wife's discharge of high-quality eggs. 3. Pay attention to improving the quality of sex life. Before ovulation, the frequency of sexual intercourse should be reduced in a planned manner to ensure the quantity and quality of sperm.
