Modern medical technology is quite advanced. Many diseases that were once difficult to treat can now be solved using modern medicine. In this way, human health will be strongly protected, and there is no need to worry even if you get sick. Take fallopian tube disease for example. It might have been very difficult to perform surgery on it in the past, but now it is very simple. So, what are the steps for the fallopian tube hydrops examination? Surgery Description Hydrotubation is a method of checking whether the fallopian tubes are unobstructed. Methylene blue solution or saline solution is injected into the uterine cavity from the cervix. Then it flows into the fallopian tube from the uterine cavity. The resistance when the medicine is injected and the reflux of the liquid are used to determine whether the fallopian tube is unobstructed. Hydrotubation is a procedure in which a tube is inserted into the uterine cavity of the person being examined, and 20 ml of a solution is injected through the tube. The solution is usually normal saline plus antibiotics (usually gentamicin). The medicine flows from the uterine cavity through the fallopian tubes and finally reaches the pelvic cavity. According to the characteristic that the uterine cavity can only hold 5ml of volume, if the entire 20ml of solution can be pushed in smoothly without resistance, and no liquid flows back into the syringe after releasing the needle, it indicates that the solution has passed through the uterine cavity and fallopian tube cavity into the abdominal cavity, indicating that the fallopian tube is unobstructed; if the resistance is very large, and more than 10ml of solution flows back into the syringe after releasing the needle, it indicates that the fallopian tube is blocked; if most of the liquid can be injected despite resistance, and only a small amount flows back, it indicates that the fallopian tube is unobstructed. Indications (1) Various primary or secondary infertility. (2) After infertility surgery, to prevent adhesion formation and measure the effectiveness of surgery. (3) Clear mild adhesions of fallopian tubes. (4) Therapeutic fluid laxative: Start 3 to 7 days after menstruation, 6 times as a course of treatment, one course of treatment per month. The drugs are 400,000 U of penicillin and 0.5~1g of streptomycin (allergy tests are required first). 150U of hyaluronidase was dissolved in 10-20ml of normal saline. Further angiography was performed after 3 courses of treatment to determine the therapeutic effect. Contraindications (1) Menstrual cycle disorders have not been corrected. (2) Presence of genital tumors in the pelvic cavity. (3) Inflammation of reproductive organs: acute stage or chronic recurrent stage, which cannot be controlled by drug treatment. (4) Those who are in poor general condition, have serious lesions of the heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs, or have diseases that are contraindicated for pregnancy. (5) The male partner is clearly infertile. |
