Severe cases may be accompanied by suppuration. It is mainly caused by more bacterial infections. For treatment, you can use Bactroban ointment for external application and levofloxacin or ornidazole for oral anti-inflammatory. Remember to wear loose cotton underwear and keep it clean.

It may be caused by vulvar folliculitis. When part of the body's resistance is low or the skin is damaged. The main symptoms are local pain, redness and swelling of the skin, and gradually the formation of cone-shaped pustules. First of all, keep the part clean and dry, avoid scratching or squeezing, and wear loose and breathable cotton underwear. To eliminate the cause of the disease, clean it with warm water every day. Some patients can take a potassium permanganate solution bath in the early stage. For multiple patients, antibiotics or multivitamin B can be used.

If the abscess is complete, clean it with saline and apply anti-inflammatory ointment or sulfa cream locally. At the same time, you should pay attention to your diet, add more vitamins, eat more fruits and vegetables to maintain smooth bowel movements, drink more water, and eat more foods that promote digestion. As well as ingredients that clear heat and reduce internal heat, such as eggplant, cucumber, lettuce, etc.
