Causes of hip pain in women

In daily life, many women will find that they sometimes have hip pain. If the hip pain occurs occasionally, it may be caused by fatigue or maintaining a posture for a long time. If the hip pain occurs frequently, you should pay attention to it. This may be caused by some diseases. It is best to go to the hospital for examination and then treat it according to the cause.

1. It may be caused by lumbar disease

In the case of hip pain, it is most likely caused by lumbar spondylosis. As long as there is a problem with the lumbar spine, it will spread to the hip area. It is best to go to the hospital for relevant treatment.

2. Osteoarthritis

Arthritis can also cause hip pain early on, and it may also be caused by osteoporosis. I hope everyone can pay attention to this.

3. Perhaps it’s caused by chronic inflammation

Some chronic inflammations can also cause hip pain. If it is more serious, radiating pain will occur. I hope everyone can pay attention to this.

4. Postural factors

Pregnant women, people who sit for long periods of time, professional car drivers, mechanics who often work in non-physiological positions, people who work in a fixed waist posture or bend over for long periods of time, and women with weak lumbar muscles are all high-risk groups for hip pain.

5. Common in local pressure injury or neuralgia pain

If the painful area can be pressed and the patient is lying on his side in bed, it should be considered as a compression injury. If low back pain is accompanied by symptoms in one hip or lower limb, neuralgia should be considered. There are many causes of sciatica, such as lumbar disc herniation, lumbar bone hyperplasia, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, rheumatism, cold, wind and dampness, etc. It is recommended to go to the hospital to find out the cause and treat it.

2. Drug treatment

Analgesics (Fenbid, Runanbet, etc.), B vitamins (vitamin B1, vitamin B12). A short course of oral corticosteroids may facilitate recovery.

3. Physical therapy

In the acute phase, ultrashort wave therapy, ultraviolet irradiation and other treatments can be used. In the chronic stage, shortwave therapy and direct current iodine ion introduction can be used.

4. Small methods

Lie on your back with your legs straight, hold one calf with both hands, bend your knees and press your leg as close to your chest as possible. Press slowly twice in a row, then press the other leg. Keep the other leg straight as much as possible. Get up and walk slowly a few times.
