Gynecological diseases are inevitable for women and generally involve some inflammation. Try not to touch it with your hands, as this is very unhygienic. The clitoris is very fragile. If it hurts, it may be caused by improper touching. When using ointment, be sure to be gentle. Various reasons can cause inflammation of the clitoral head, so you need to pay close attention to rest at this time. Clitoral pain may be caused by vulvitis. It is recommended to clean it with potassium permanganate solution, take gynecological anti-inflammatory drugs, and keep the area dry. The clitoris is small and tender, usually covered by the clitoral hood, and there is no lubricating fluid secreted near it, so it is not surprising that improper touching causes pain; during or after sexual intercourse, the glans clitoris will become overly sensitive like the mushroom head of a penis, and touching it again will undoubtedly cause pain. The above two situations are normal physiological phenomena, not pathological changes. What we are discussing here is pathological clitoral pain. Clitoral pain is most commonly caused by infection, such as genital herpes which can cause pain when it spreads to the area around the clitoris; vulvitis is also a common cause of clitoral pain, such as gonococcal vulvitis, trichomoniasis, fungal vulvitis, etc. which often cause clitoral pain when they involve the entire vulva. Other conditions such as Bartholin's gland abscess and genital warts can cause clitoral pain during sexual intercourse or touch, either reflexively or as a byproduct. Neuroitis can sometimes affect the clitoris, most commonly due to diabetes. Low-dose phenothiazines may provide some relief. If women are not used to cleaning their vulva, especially the clitoris and its foreskin, smegma or small stones may accumulate in the foreskin, just like sand in the eyes, causing unusual pain during sexual intercourse. When accompanied by smegma and clitoritis, the clitoris will become congested, edematous and bulge, directly affecting the progress of sexual life. At this time, patients should keep the vulva clean regularly to prevent the formation of scale. If adhesions form on the clitoral hood due to infection, it will cause long-term and persistent pain. Dosage and Administration: For external use, apply to the affected area (or dissolve in appropriate amount of warm water and then wash the affected area). Take 3-4 times a day, wash off with warm water after a few minutes. When washing your hair, take 7-10 grams of this product and add appropriate amount of warm water to dissolve it, then wash your hair. Pour it on your hair, rub it for a few minutes and then wash it off with warm water. When taking a bath, you can rub this product directly on the affected area, and then wash it off with clean water after a few minutes. Adverse reactions: Long-term and large-scale local use of the drug is irritating and may cause contact dermatitis in those who are allergic to the product. |
