Neonatal birth canal congestion

Neonatal birth canal congestion

When a pregnant woman reaches 10 months of pregnancy, she can give birth at any time. Before giving birth, many doctors will recommend the method of delivery to the pregnant woman based on the condition of the pregnant woman and the fetus. Now pregnant women can choose natural delivery and cesarean section when giving birth. Everyone knows that natural delivery has many benefits for the baby, so as long as the delivery conditions allow, many pregnant women will choose natural delivery.

Neonatal birth canal congestion

Don't worry about this situation. It should be subcutaneous bleeding caused by squeezing of the birth canal, which will usually be absorbed naturally in about ten days. If more and more blood tests are done.

Precautions during childbirth

There are three stages of labor. The first stage of labor is the most painful and difficult stage for the mother. The contractions and labor pains make it unbearable for the mother. At this time, you can do some small things to slightly relieve the pain.

What you can do:

1. It is best to exhale deeply when you have contractions.

The basic method to relieve labor pain is to use the exhalation breathing method. If you try to endure the pain, your body will become stiff and the labor pain will increase. Exhaling deeply can release the painful feeling.

2. Change your posture and try to find the feeling

As the fetal head descends, the location of the mother's labor pains will also change, so try to find a comfortable position to relax better.

3. Press, touch, and warm the body

Pressing and touching the painful area with your hands can help you relax a little during the pain. Place a hot water bottle on your waist to warm your body, which can also soothe your body and relieve pain.

Since the uterus tilts forward and contracts downward during contractions, leaning the body slightly forward can not only reduce pain but also relax the muscles. It is better to lie on your side at night, but try to sit up during the day.

What not to do:

1. Don’t pay too much attention to labor pains from the beginning.

2. The contractions will last for a long time after they start, so don't concentrate too much from the beginning and don't record anything in detail. This will make you feel nervous and tired, which will first affect the sympathetic nerves, making the contractions more unbearable.

3. Don't shout loudly. If you continue to scream loudly, it will disrupt the breathing rhythm that relieves the pain.

4. Don't push too hard when contractions come. Follow the midwife's instructions and push when you need to and relax when you need to.
